How to make a beautiful Christmas card using a rubber stamped pine tree and gold ribbon

Tree Christmas card

Description

A card with a stamped and embossed pine tree is decorated with gold ribbon and stamped stars.

Materials used

White single fold greetings card 114mm x 114mm
Rubber stamp De Nami I20 Med. Pine
Rubber stamp Hero Arts LL459 Tiny Stars (set of 9)
Gold card
White card
Hi-boss inkpad
Gold Ultimate Metallic inkpad
Embossing powder gold, silver and copper
Heat gun
Gold ribbon
Adhesive

Method

Stamp the pine tree on white card with a Hi-boss inkpad. Sprinkle silver powder over the top part of the tree and tip off the excess. Sprinkle gold powder over the middle part and tip off the excess. Sprinkle copper over the bottom part of the tree and tip off the excess. Emboss with a heat gun.

Cut the card to size and mount on a square of gold card with adhesive.

Stamp small gold stars on the single fold card with a gold metallic inkpad.

Mount the gold square on the card with adhesive.

Add a decorative gold ribbon.
