It's a boy cardDescriptionA white single fold card is covered with a sheet of decorative paper with the repeated message It's a Boy! This sheet covers the whole of the back and two-thirds of the front. A blue card cut-out teddy is mounted on the front with foam pads. Materials used
MethodLay a sheet of decorative blue paper face down on your work surface. Lay your opened greetings card over this and mark the size of the card with a fine pencil. Adjust the length of the paper so that when it is folded around the greetings card it will cover about two-thirds of the front. Cut the paper to size. Mount the decorative paper on the card by applying a strip of card adhesive or double-sided self adhesive tape on the back of the greetings card alongside the folded edge. Mount the card teddy in position with self-adhesive mini foam pads. This forms a bridge between the card and the decorative paper, holding it in place. This design can of course be converted with 'It's a Girl' paper and a pink teddy. It's a boy card card made by Naomi Jackson and reproduced with kind permission.
