Silk rosebuds cardDescriptionDecorative gift-wrap paper, gold foil card and silk roses are brought together in a collage on a dark brown deckle edged card. Detail is picked out with copper glitter. Materials used
MethodCut an oblong of gold card using deckle edge scissors. Mount this on the greeting card with adhesive. Cut an oblong of gift-wrap paper using deckle edge scissors (on this card the paper with handwriting was used). Mount this on the greeting card with adhesive. Mount the silk flowers on the card with double-sided self-adhesive foam pads. Take some suitable gift wrap paper and mount it on the thin white card with adhesive (on this card the paper with four circles was used). When it is dry cut out the design and mount it on the greeting card with double-sided self-adhesive foam pads so it forms a bridge over the silk flower stems. Run a line of glitter glue around the oblong gift-wrap paper. Pick out the centre of the paper with four circles with glitter glue. Silk rosebuds card made by Pamela Kehoe and reproduced with her kind permission. This project was originally published at Card Inspirations. It is reproduced here here with kind permission.
